08:00 - 08:30 : Welcome, objectives, standards

08:30 - 09:00 : Dynamic strength & energy ramp-up

09:00 - 10:00 : Military- Style mental-toughness course

10:00 - 12:00 : Six live-defender skill stations

12:00 - 13:00 : Agency-Sponsored lunch (no outside food)

13:00 - 16:00 : Full-Court games

17:00 - 19:00 : Three-Phase Evaluation & Meet-and-Greet with Agent
